Does this classify as doing business?
I am in the process of incorporating my home based business selling my games online. I will be shipping them all over the country to whoever orders them.Does this mean that I am “doing business” in all of these states? I am incorporated in my home state, but Do I have to be incorporated as a foreign corporation in all 50 states since I will be shipping merchandice to customers who live outside of my state?
No. There are technicalities regarding sales tax in some states.
