For a start, lets say you don’t even have a cent/peny in your pocket. You have an “idea” to start a Hotel/Accomodation business. It is catering for 30 residers/customers. Has six more rooms for Bathroom and … The building (that you must build) will cover approximatetly 46 metres (Lenght). And it promises a profit of 20000 per month, not subtracting the monthly instalments.
The guy that I used to work for borrowed money from the bank, then money from the rich person in town, and when he would go bankrupt the rich person got stuck with the mess to clean up. It turned out he was bankrupting companies for a living, so he would find the rich person in a town, hook up and become friends with that person. He would borrow money from the bank and money from this person too that the bank didn’t know about, and when the company went bankrupt, the rich person got stuck with the store or building or whatever business it was that time. It was like the rich person repossessed the items of value and then tried to run the company themselves and this guy went on to the next scam. He was a good con man who could double talk people and just have them eating out of his hand. People just believed his lies, and for some reason he could get loans from the bank every time. I guess it was some kind of loophole in the bankruptcy laws that he was using, and he figured out a way to make a living that way. I wonder if you could get local businesses to put in some money and they would own part of the hotel too. Be careful, hotels are big money pits. Once you build them and decorate them, you have to keep up maintaining them and buying new beds and stuff because the customers wear out the furniture. You also have to consider the cost of paying wages to staff for cooking and cleaning and stuff. Go to a hotel in your area that seems like they are doing well and ask them for advice and to show you how they do it.
