I want to start an online eBay spell caster business but I have a few legal questions?
Ok, I want to be anonymous so is it legal to use a pseudonym for my business like “Janice Willingham.” Is that illegal to do that?
Also, if I write on my listing “for entertainment purposes only, not legally responsible for what happens or does not happen” my buyers can’t sue me if my spells don’t work for them, right?
Can I use a random picture of someone (like a woman out of a page of a sociology textbook for example) and claim that it’s my picture. Is that like fraud or something?
Also, do I have to report all of the revenue that I earn form this psychic business on my income tax form at the end of the year?
Can I claim that I use a coven to cast spells even though I’m a one-person business? Is that legal?
