Car harness for cd players?
I bought a after market cd player (alpine) for my 95 accord. I also bought the harness (adapter). When i was connecting the wires together, there is 1 wire (blue and white) on the cd player that doesn’t match the wire (orange and white) on the harness. The cd player wire says “remote turn on lead” and the harness orange wire says “Dimmer”
what should i do and what are those for?
its cool, the blue and white wire is for an amplisier if you want to put in subwoofers. most likely you dont have to use the dimmer wire, so just make sure its not touching any other wire. tape it up, its not necessary.
