How can I block someone from bidding on an item I have on eBay?
Is there a way to block someone who has never purchased before? I had a bad experience and didn’t get paid a couple months ago, and it was from a buyer who had never purchased anything on there before. Today I have another item ending, and I see that the person “in the lead” right now has “0″ feedback. Next time, is there a way for me to block people like that? Please step-by-step directions. I don’t want to risk the same thing happening again. THANK YOU!
You can edit your Seller Preferences and set up some “Buyer Requirements” but you cannot block someone who has never purchased before. (This would not be in the interest of EBay, discouraging new buyers.)
You can however block someone with a negative score, or someone who does not have a PayPal account.
