Information Technology (Job)?
Hey everyone!
I need guidance in finding a future position in the Information Technology sector.
At the moment, I’m working for a company where they mainly deal with “On site Computer Repairs” for Businesses and Home based. I’m also studying “Networking” at college (last year this year). Just wondering though… would I be able to gain a better position in a different I.T. company because of my experience as a on site computer technician?
Any input will be awesome!!
Usually, on site computer technician starts with small salary, assigned to support technician, and have a shifting schedule. However, if you keep doing your best, a promotion is just around the corner. Learning more on server administration or virtual environments and taking certification is a plus to validate your skill set.
