“leads Sales”
Need a fresh start……..help!!?
I am a management graduate(MBA,Marketing) from a reputed college.Chose “Sales” as a career option in 2005 with a leading bank for fast growth.Changed jobs frequently and by 2007 I changed 3 MNCs.Got a good hike.In my fourth job which I loved dearly,I got involved in an HR issue which others considered as a normal human error but I was kicked out within 4 months.I again got into an Insurance company,after 4 months,recovering the shock but couldnt survive for more than 3 months.I lost my energy.Its been 2 years since then.I appeared for interviews but no one seems to be accepting the HR issue/the gap in career,i dont know for what.Please tell me a way.
There’s light at the end of the tunnel. I was struck with the same scenario 8 years ago and thought that I will not be able to recover. I was worried on the bad impression that I left from my past employers, my work ethics, so many other concerns. And it left me bitter for quite sometime. Later, I realized that I was undergoing the grieving process ( denial,anger, bargaining, depression,acceptance). In a way, we grieve on our career which we feel hopeless.

Though it was really hard, I tried to keep in touch with my previous employee. tried to view everything on a professional manner, and was able to get alliance with some of my former collegues, and most importantly, to the HR people.
I know it will be a rough ride but, when you accept things and try to think constructively, you will be able to get out of the hell hole. You’ll never know, this experience will even make you a better or great person. Learn from past heroes with the same experience( Jesus Christ, Abraham Lincoln, Benjamin Franklin).
