“residual Income”
Which strategy would you follow?
I am looking for ways to generate “passive income”. I know of several options, but which would you prefer?
Option A) Investing in stocks with dividend payments, reinvesting dividends for a few years, and then changing the dividends to be paid to you after a few years.
Option B) Investing in a share of a business that would produce residual monthly incme (i.e. buying a 5% share of a smaller company or restaurant).
Option C) Real Estate investments. Investing in a company, or buying a property directly such as a duplex, and renting.
Option A for the short-term
Option B for the medium-term
Option C for the long-term
