The main method that I have used to get my free network marketing leads is the method of article marketing. Now then I don’t know what you have heard about this or what you have read, but the bottom line is that IT WORKS.
As time has gone on, I have started to get more prospects than I used to, and that is a massive success in itself which YOU too can experience. You can also experience similar or even better results, because article marketing is one of the most EFFECTIVE ways to advertise and grow your business no matter what niche it is in.
Know this though, getting free network marketing leads with this method takes time and consistency on your part. It took me a while, over a month to be precise, before I started getting any results. It is a method where consistent plays a MASSIVE role in the level of success that you see, so if you are not consistent in writing and submitting your articles, you will NOT get any results period.
Personally, I began writing two articles a day and manually submitting them online which took up quite a bit of time. But as you go along you learn, and as a result I ended up investing into an article submitted which would submit my articles to directories for me. This is one way of working smarter NOT harder and working smarter is the way forward guys.
Once I started writing and submitting my articles on a DAILY basis, my free network marketing leads began to roll in and they still are. I actually had quite a few come in last week and it is only bound to continue and increase with time.
The only reason I have been getting results and will continue to get results is because I have been taking massive ACTION. Anybody can get results as long as they take consistent action and do what is necessary day in and day out. That is the path to success guys because if you do not take action, you will NOT get any free network marketing leads and you will definitely NOT get any results.
I GUARANTEE you that if you use this method like I have by writing at least 1 article and submitting it a day for a period of time, you WILL begin to see results and as time goes on, your success will also grow.
Their is no big secret or magic method that will help you succeed. All you have to do is pick something like I have, become a master at it as time goes on, and use it day in and day out. Can I claim this as a business expense?
I bought a high-powered laptop in late 2005, originally for a business venture. That business venture failed, so the laptop (for a period of maybe 2 months into the beginning of 2006) became a personal laptop. For the remainder of the year, however, I used my laptop as my primary business tool (I’m a software/web developer) for non-independent (W-2) work. In other words, I used my laptop on-site with the clients for which I worked for approximately 10 of the 12 months of 2006. Can I claim the cost (or a portion of the cost) as some kind of deduction?

You can deduction the depreciation for this computer, prorated to business vs personal use.
Your question left me wondering if you were an employee, a”statutory” employee or a independent contractor for those 10 months as that will affect how you make the initial tax entries to deduct this item. Since you mentioned a W-2, if you had taxes withheld then you are an employee and will have to itemize and use non-compensated employee expenses on form 2106. If no taxes were withheld even with a W-2 then you may be a “statutory employee and use schedule “C” as if you were an independent contractor.

I’m starting the IB course in a couple of months and I need some help on my IB subject choices.
Presently I have chosen:
Maths HL
English A1 HL
Portuguse A2 SL (native language)
Economics HL
Physics HL
Theatre Arts SL
I’m looking towards a Law or Business Career or possibly a Engineering one. I really don’t know what to choose.
If you’re wondering, I chose Theatre Arts as its an easy and relaxing subject that will compensate over the harder ones such as Maths and Physics. Also I like acting too.

Commercial space for lease is usually quoted in $ per square foot per year. To use the number you referred to, $17 as an example – $17 per square foot per year. To calculate the actual monthly rent amount, multiply $17 by the square feet of the space (this is the total annual rent) and then divide by twelve to get the monthly amount. For example, $17 * 1,000 square feet = $17,000 annually; $17,000 / 12 = $1,416.67 monthly. Also, check out this web site for a web-based rent calculator that does the math for you.
